What would happen if you deleted every page on your website tonight?

That question is an architectural test. If deleting the pages would also erase approved product facts, source history, entity relationships, compliance language, and the knowledge needed to rebuild the experience, then the pages were doing more than presenting information. They were acting as the source of truth.

AI makes this model easier to operate at scale, although the underlying principle is architectural.

Knowledge should be durable enough that new surfaces can be created without reconstructing organizational truth from old pages.

Human judgment and governance remain responsible for determining which claims are approved, whether context has been preserved, whether compliance requirements are satisfied, and whether publication is authorized.

Pages are still valuable.

If the Canon survives, the composition can change.
