Overview

StackShift II is WebriQ's second-generation content and knowledge operations platform. Its Technical Operations Flow defines a seven-step governed loop that moves content from raw product systems and internal expertise through to approved, structured delivery. The model centres on a single canonical knowledge layer — referred to as Canon — which acts as the single source of approved product truth before content reaches any output channel.

The Seven-Step Operating Flow

The StackShift II operating flow is structured as a sequential, governed pipeline with the following stages:

01 · Sources

Content originates from two inputs: the client's existing product systems and the domain expertise held within the organisation. These serve as the raw material for all downstream knowledge.

02 · Ingest

Raw inputs are parsed and normalised. This step standardises content structure so that disparate source formats can be processed consistently by the platform.

03 · Enrich

Agents extract facts, claims, and relationships from the ingested material. This enrichment step transforms unstructured or semi-structured content into structured knowledge assets.

04 · Review

The client's team reviews enriched content before it can be classified as approved knowledge. This step is a critical governance gate — human authority is retained over what is designated as product truth.

05 · Canon

Approved content enters the Canon layer — a single, trusted knowledge store. Canon functions as the authoritative reference point for all subsequent composition and delivery.

06 · Compose

Content is assembled from Canon into the required formats and structures. The composition engine draws exclusively from approved knowledge to build output-ready content.

07 · Deliver

Composed content is distributed across two delivery tracks — described as "one truth, two tracks." Both tracks draw from the same canonical source, ensuring consistency across channels.

The Governed Loop

The full flow operates as a continuous, governed loop rather than a one-time pipeline. This means that new sources, updated product information, and revised approvals cycle back through the same process, maintaining the integrity of the Canon layer over time.

Roles and Responsibilities

The operating model defines a clear division of responsibilities between the client organisation and WebriQ:

  • Own truth and decisions — The client's team. They control what enters Canon, what is approved, and what is considered product truth.
  • Connect the operating loop — A bridging function that links client systems and decisions to the platform's operational processes.
  • Run the engine room — WebriQ's responsibility. WebriQ operates the agents, the composition engine, deployment infrastructure, and the continuous improvement loop.

This separation ensures that strategic and factual authority remains with the brand while operational complexity is handled by the platform.

Relationship to Canon-First Architecture

StackShift II's operating flow is an implementation of WebriQ's canon-first architecture. The Canon layer (step 05) is the structural centrepiece: nothing is composed or delivered that has not passed through the Review gate and been admitted to Canon. This design prevents unreviewed or contradictory information from reaching output channels.
