WebriQ DMCA Policy
DMCA
Protecting creators. Respecting rights. Supporting a trusted digital ecosystem.
Last Updated: December 1, 2025
WebriQ provides a platform for building, managing, and publishing websites and applications. Our customers control their content, and their sites are deployed on third-party hosting providers, including Vercel and Netlify.
WebriQ respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects all users of our platform to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how WebriQ handles copyright complaints in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
**1. Overview of WebriQ’s Role **
WebriQ acts as an intermediary service provider.
We do not host customer websites directly, and we do not monitor or review user-submitted content. Deployments are hosted on:
Vercel
Netlify
Because customer content flows through WebriQ’s platform (via CMS, publishing tools, content pipelines, and automated deployments), we are required under the DMCA to:
Accept copyright complaints
Process them promptly
Forward valid complaints to the appropriate hosting provider
Notify the customer
Remove or disable access to infringing content when feasible
Maintain a repeat infringer policy
This allows WebriQ to qualify for DMCA safe-harbor protections.
**2. Submitting a DMCA Notice (Reporting Copyright Infringement) **
If you believe material published through WebriQ infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice to WebriQ’s designated agent.
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (URLs required).
Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement of good-faith belief that the material is used without authorization.
A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, confirming you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please send DMCA notices to:
WebriQ DMCA Agent
WebriQ Financial Services LLC
30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801
WebriQ will acknowledge receipt and review the notice for completeness.
**3. How WebriQ Handles DMCA Notices **
When WebriQ receives a valid DMCA Notice:
a. We promptly notify the customer
We inform the account owner or project owner of the complaint.
b. We forward the notice to the hosting provider
The site may be hosted on:
- or another provider (if applicable)
These hosts may disable the infringing material or take down the deployment.
c. We may disable access to the infringing content
Depending on the nature of the complaint, WebriQ may:
Unpublish pages
Remove assets
Disable deployment triggers
Suspend content updates
Disable workflows that continue to distribute the infringing content
d. We log violations
Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or suspension.
**4. Filing a Counter-Notification (If You Believe the Takedown Was Mistaken) **
If your content was removed due to a DMCA Notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notification.
Your counter-notice must include:
Identification of the material removed, and its previous location.
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to:
The jurisdiction of the federal courts where you reside (or where WebriQ operates), and
Service of process from the complainant.
WebriQ will forward the counter-notice to the complainant and the hosting provider. The content may be restored unless the complainant seeks court action within 10–14 business days.
**5. Repeat Infringer Policy **
WebriQ may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload or distribute infringing material.
We define “repeat infringer” as:
Multiple valid DMCA complaints
Repeated re-uploads of previously removed material
Demonstrated disregard for intellectual property rights
This aligns with DMCA requirements for service providers.
**6. Limitations and Responsibilities **
WebriQ does not monitor user content.
Users are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to all materials they upload or publish.
WebriQ may disable content, restrict functionality, or suspend accounts while processing DMCA complaints.
False DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
WebriQ is committed to protecting the rights of creators while maintaining a reliable, AI-ready publishing platform for our customers.
