It returns important decisions to the client team while WebriQ handles the execution and keeps progress visible throughout.
The Six-Step Operating Loop
StackShift II organises work through six sequential steps:
01 · Direction
The client sets the priority. Business intent and strategic focus originate with the team, not the service provider.
02 · Organize
A single request is translated into a clear, structured plan. Ambiguity is resolved before work begins.
03 · Connect
Existing knowledge, context, and assets remain connected to the work in progress. Nothing is lost in handoffs.
04 · Execute
WebriQ carries the work through to completion. Execution is managed end-to-end without requiring constant client involvement.
05 · Deliver
Outputs are made available so that both customers and AI systems see a consistent, accurate representation of the work — described as "the same truth."
06 · Improve
Results from completed work feed back into the loop and inform the next priority, creating a continuous improvement cycle.
